Job Summary

We’re hiring an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant to lead hands-on SAP implementations and integrations across enterprise customer environments. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical SAP expertise with strong functional understanding and can operate confidently across architecture, ABAP development, system configuration, and executive stakeholder discussions.

You’ll play a critical role in configuring and managing SAP technical landscapes, supporting customer onboarding and pilot deployments, and helping shape how SAP AI technologies integrate into enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP technical landscapes including Cloud ALM, Signavio, ECC, and S/4HANA.
• Design, implement, and optimize integrations across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Deliver hands-on techno-functional implementation work across SAP platforms.
• Write, review, and enhance ABAP code across customer deployments.
• Collaborate closely with architecture and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade SAP solutions.
• Support onboarding, pilot rollouts, and deployment activities for enterprise customers.
• Translate SAP’s roadmap and AI strategy into practical implementation decisions.
• Work across SAP BTP, Joule, SAP AI Foundation, Build Code, and related SAP innovation areas.
• Communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Requirements

• Strong techno-functional SAP consulting background with hands-on implementation experience.
• Proven experience working with SAP Cloud ALM and Signavio.
• Deep expertise across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Strong ABAP development and SAP configuration capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP integrations.
• Understanding of SAP AI technologies including Joule, SAP AI Foundation, and Build Code.
• Experience working within SAP consultancies, SAP boutiques, or large systems integrators preferred.
• Familiarity with process mining or AI-augmented SAP workflows is a plus.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders.
• Must be willing and able to work fully on-site in Berlin, 6 days per week.
