• Ensure customer service is of the highest standards at all times
• Support your Management Team in achieving company sales targets and operational goals
• Be a role model for our brand with our personal presentation standards
• Handle stock effectively and ensure your area maintains excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines

Requirements

• Have previous experience in a similar retail role, preferably within luxury or fashion
• Be a customer service ambassador with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Be immaculately presented and representative of our luxury/fashion-forward brand at all times
