Position Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team at Bos Landscaping. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable landscaping professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing sales, estimating, client relationships, project coordination, and operational leadership. 

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving construction and landscape enhancement sales while supporting overall company operations, quality control initiatives, and internal structure development. This is a high-impact leadership position with growth opportunity for the right individual.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead front-line sales activities for landscape construction and enhancement projects  
  • Meet with clients to understand project goals and develop tailored solutions  
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and project budgets  
  • Coordinate project selections and client design consultations  
  • Support project scheduling and coordination alongside operations teams  
  • Assist with upselling enhancements and additional project opportunities  
  • Oversee quality control initiatives for construction, maintenance, and enhancement work  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution  
  • Support the development of operational processes, SOPs, and internal structure improvements  
  • Assist with leadership initiatives and team support as the company continues to grow  
  • Work alongside ownership to support high-level operational management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships  
  • Help grow the company’s construction and enhancement divisions  
  • Support the successful execution of landscaping projects from concept to completion  
  • Work closely with ownership and operations teams to improve efficiencies and company growth  
  • Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture  
  • Play a key leadership role in the continued growth and success of the company  

Requirements

What We Need From You: 

  • Strong knowledge of landscaping, landscape construction, and outdoor projects  
  • Experience in sales, estimating, project coordination, or landscape design  
  • Ability to confidently sell higher-end landscape projects and understand all project components involved  
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills  
  • Excellent communication and client service abilities  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously  
  • Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills  
  • Experience supporting process improvement, team structure, or operational development is considered an asset  
  • Design experience or understanding of landscape design principles is strongly preferred  
  • Snow operations experience is considered an asset, but not mandatory
