General Laborer

Marble Renewal specializes in on-site marble and stone restoration services for customers in Hamilton, ON. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting restoration projects, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with a team to deliver efficient and safe service, both during scheduled night shifts and occasional daytime assignments.

Due to recent growth, we are looking for someone dependable who can support our operations during both night shifts and occasional daytime work. This position offers a unique schedule and is best suited for someone adaptable and self-motivated. This position is part time, that may lead into full time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with marble and stone restoration services at customer locations
• Operate tools and equipment (training provided)
• Prepare materials and maintain clean work areas
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely
• Support short-staffed jobs during daytime shifts as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in general labor, construction, or stone/marble restoration
• Physically capable of lifting, standing for extended periods, and working with tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Fluent in English
• At least 18 years old
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites within Hamilton, ON
• Available to work night shifts starting between 8–10 PM (up to 8 hours), as scheduled
• Available for occasional daytime runner support shifts, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating a swing machine
• Experience with tile and grout installation
