We are seeking an exceptional FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team based in Darwin.

The Role
You will play a critical role in supporting business performance through forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role with strong visibility across the organisation, including exposure to senior leadership and Board reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes across multiple business units
- Deliver monthly management reporting across the group — accurate, timely and insightful
- Partner with stakeholders to track spend vs budget and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive automation and efficiency in reporting processes
- Act as a trusted finance partner to operational leaders across the business
- Support presentations and reporting to senior leadership where required
- Contribute to a high-performance finance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate ownership, initiative and a proactive mindset
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
You will succeed in this role if you:
- Have strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Are highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
- Have experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g. JobPac, Power BI or similar)
- Can translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Possess strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial mindset
- Are confident communicating with stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership.
