We are looking for a Social Media Associate to support our Social Media Manager with daily platform operations and community management. This role is ideal for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable interacting with audiences across social channels. You will help maintain engagement, respond to messages, and assist with day-to-day social media tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Social Media Manager with daily social media operations
• Reply to DMs, comments, and audience inquiries across platforms
• Monitor social media accounts and flag important conversations or issues
• Help schedule and publish content
• Support community engagement and audience interaction
• Keep track of messages, responses, and ongoing conversations
• Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks related to social media

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media support, customer support, or community management
• Strong written communication skills
• Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and other social platforms
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to respond quickly and professionally to messages and comments
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
• English proficiency required
