Essnova Solutions, Inc. is an SBA 8(a) and HUBZone-certified federal contractor specializing in technology solutions and professional services for government and commercial clients. As an Administrative Assistant II, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational needs of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in the Washington, DC metro area. Your contributions will ensure smooth office operations and effective documentation within a federal/public sector environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to federal operations and on-site teams at CSOSA locations
- Coordinating office activities and maintaining efficient workflow
- Supporting documentation processes, including preparation and management of professional written materials
- Assisting with broader operational support activities as required by federal/public sector standards
- Ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols within a federal environment
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and documentation
- Reporting on-site to various CSOSA locations in the Washington, DC metro area as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Federal administrative support experience
- Experience supporting operations in a federal or public sector environment
- Experience performing administrative support work including office coordination and documentation support
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience producing professional written documentation in a work setting
- Ability to report on-site to various CSOSA locations across the Washington, DC metro area as needed
- Availability to work an assigned schedule within the site operating window of 6:30 AM–6:00 PM (Mon–Fri, excluding federal holidays)
