As an Acquisition Consultant supporting the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA), you will play a critical role in facilitating federal acquisition and procurement activities across multiple divisions and offices. Your expertise will help ensure compliance, efficiency, and alignment with federal regulations, directly impacting mission success and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation of solicitations and acquisition documentation
- Assist with proposal evaluations and cost/price analysis
- Prepare acquisition and contract administration documentation
- Support contract modifications, closeouts, and invoice resolution activities
- Assist with acquisition planning and procurement package development
- Support GSA Schedule contracting activities
- Conduct market research and support acquisition strategy development
- Ensure compliance with FAR regulations and procurement procedures
- Providing additional procurement-related support as required under the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of federal acquisition experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of the FAR
- Experience with federal contract administration and proposal evaluations
- Experience supporting GSA Schedule contracts
- DAWIA Level II or III and/or FAC-C certification
- Former federal 1102 series employee at the GS-14 level
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting construction acquisitions preferred
