We are currently hiring for All-Inclusive Suites in Rhodes | Family Suites at Aulūs Lindos Rhodes, an ultimate luxury boutique 5* resort, located Dodecanese.

Assistant Front Office Manager

The Role:

The Assistant Front Office Manager at Domes Resorts is responsible for supporting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, supporting team members, to provide exceptional guest services. The role requires leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Some of the responsibilities:

Guest Service

· Supervise and ensure efficient guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments.

· Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

· Ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests at the reception area.

Team Management

· Assist in the hiring, training, and mentoring of front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff.

· Schedule and manage staffing to ensure proper coverage during peak and off-peak hours.

· Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching when necessary.

Operational Efficiency

· Support daily front office operations, including reservations, room inventory management, cashiering and VIP arrivals.

· Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely room readiness and address guest requests.

· Monitor and manage the front desk budget and supplies.

· Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols for both guests and staff.

Communication and Coordination

· Liaise with other hotel departments (e.g., housekeeping, food & beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Communicate important guest information, preferences, and feedback to the relevant teams.

· Maintain a detailed log of guest interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference.

Requirements

Useful to have:

· Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

· At least 2-3 years of experience in front office operations, with previous supervisory or management experience in a Luxury hotel or hospitality setting.

· Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera is preferred.

· Knowledge of the English language, a second language will be considered a plus.

· Strong leadership skills so as to inspire and guide the team members, while also demonstrating decisiveness and accountability.
