Senior Construction Manager (Saudi)

JASARA PMC is searching for a Senior Construction Manager for their landmark endeavor poised to redefine the construction landscape. You will play a key role in driving quality, safety, and performance while collaborating closely with a range of stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors. Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the construction activities for the project from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain vision and clarity in project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction phase in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience in large-scale projects.
• Prior experience in managing cultural or civic projects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Fluency in English
• Saudi candidates are highly preferred.
