Your Role: As a Customer Service Professional for our prominent insurance client, you will independently handle customer interactions for the motor vehicle sector via phone and email:
- Customer Advice & Cross-Selling: Provide telephone consultations regarding vehicle insurance and prepare cross-selling offers for liability, accident, and property insurance.
- Account & Contract Logging: Input and manage crucial data including address updates, account changes, and SEPA mandates with high precision.
- Digital Support: Help customers register for the digital self-service web portal.
- Appointment Scheduling: Arrange consultation appointments (VORC) and process incoming documents on time.
Requirements
- Language Mastery: Native or C2 level German (excellent written and spoken) along with a solid B2 level of English for internal systems and training.
- Communication & Empathy: Strong listening techniques and the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in plain language.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Customer-oriented mindset, remaining calm and professional during challenging claims or inquiries.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms and Windows-based environments, with a typing speed of $\ge 25$ wpm.
- Qualifications & Legality: Minimum high school diploma and valid EU Citizenship (EU Passport or National ID card required).
