About the role

Most defence companies sound like a tax return. We don't want too anymore.

Destinus is a European defence manufacturer with a particular focus on scalable strike and air-defence systems for European and allied armed forces. We need someone to talk about this online without sounding like a 1998 procurement memo.

If you can make a serious topic land without making it boring, and you've ever rage-quit a brand voice document, we should talk. LinkedIn, X, and YouTube are all yours to break and rebuild. English native, defence-curious, allergic to "we are excited to announce."

A short list of things you will never have to write here

– "We are thrilled to announce…" – "Honored to be at the forefront of…" – "Synergies." – Captions ending in seven hashtags and an aircraft emoji.

Destinus is a European defenсe technology company focused on scalable strike and interception systems. The company develops and manufactures cruise missile systems, guided rocket systems, interceptor platforms, and turbojet engines, combining autonomy, system integration, and industrial-scale production. We need a Social Media Manager who treats every post as if it must earn its place on the timeline, because it does. Native English, real portfolio, real opinions. Permission to be sharp included.

Don't apply if

  • Your idea of a great post starts with "In today's fast-paced world…"
  • You think defence content must be grey, navy, or olive.
  • "Tone of voice" sounds to you like a setting on a TV.

Do apply if

You're a native English writer who can build, run, and report on a social presence across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube for a European defence-tech company doing things that genuinely matter and you're ready to invent the way an industry like this is allowed to talk.

Destinus. Real product, real story, real budget.

CVs are fine.
But we’re more interested in how you think, write, and communicate.

Convince us you’re not boring.
One paragraph. No buzzwords.

Feel free to send

  • portfolio,
  • social accounts,
  • published work,
  • personal projects,
  • or anything else that shows your voice.
