Overview
We are partnering with a long-standing, growing food manufacturing and wholesale artisan bakery based in California to identify a hands-on accounting professional. The company has been operating for more than 30 years and supplies a broad customer base that includes grocery retailers, club stores, foodservice clients, and national brands throughout the United States. The business has recently expanded into a 60,000-square-foot production facility and remains focused on continued growth.
This individual contributor role is central to the company’s financial operations. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full AP/AR cycle, maintain the general ledger, and lead month-end close activities. Reporting directly to the CFO, this person will work closely with on-site operations leadership and will be expected to communicate proactively, operate independently, and take full responsibility for the accounting function.
A structured transition with the outgoing incumbent is available, making this a strong opportunity for someone who is looking to step into an established role with defined processes and the support of an experienced finance leader.
