Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of assignment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Emergency Room setting.
- At least 1 year of recent supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with emergency care protocols and compliance standards.
- Strong organizational and team-building abilities.
