WorkFit Medical Staffing is currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to provide top quality care in long term care facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs who are passionate about making a difference in residents’ lives and are looking for flexible schedules with competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and document all care provided accurately.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Adhere to facility policies, state regulations, and professional nursing standards.

Requirements
- Current, valid New York State LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year experience in long-term care or related nursing field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
