Position: Contract, Flexible, In-person (20 to 30 hours a week)

Salary: $85.00 to $100.00 hourly

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC (LBAPS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Spanish-speaking BCBA to join our growing clinical team. What You’ll Do:
- Conduct behavioral and skills assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise and support behavior technicians and paraprofessionals
- Analyze client progress and adjust programming based on data
- Provide parent training and caregiver guidance
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
- Ensure ethical, high-quality, and individualized ABA services
- Support skill development that improves clients’ independence and quality of life
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
