What you’ll do:
- Work with individual children on a 1:1 basis with paraprofessional
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals, fostering strong 1:1 supervision
- Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments
- Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success
- Design individualized programs based on assessment results and data collection
What you’ll need:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Minimum of two years of experience working with children in behavioral health or special education
- CPR Certification (Preferably Red Cross)
- Provide paraprofessional supervision and parental guidance and support
- Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Ethical and professional conduct
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate
- Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
Pay: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour
