Care Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to and from doctor’s appointments
• Assist client with entering/exiting vehicle as needed
• Offer basic support and companionship during visits
• Ensure safety and comfort throughout the trip

Schedule

• 1–2 times per month
• 1–3 hours per visit
• Flexible scheduling based on appointment times

Ideal Candidate

• Reliable and punctual
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Own vehicle preferred (client’s vehicle may also be used)
• Respectful and patient demeanor
