As a Senior Contracts Administrator at ESR Group you will play a pivotal role in managing contract administration processes for complex projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and supporting the achievement of project milestones within stipulated budgets and timelines. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate contracts, manage risks, and provide insightful commercial advice that adds value to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end D&C contract administration, including procurement, negotiation, and management of Head Contracts and Principal Contractors
- Manage tendering processes, contractor performance, and stakeholder coordination to support successful project delivery
- Oversee variations, claims, and contractual risks, ensuring ESR’s commercial position is protected throughout delivery
- Drive cost control, financial reporting, and project performance tracking, including cash flow, progress claims, and PCG reporting
- Monitor program, design changes, compliance, and project lifecycle activities, including safety, quality, and handover
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Property, or a related field ~
- 10+ years’ experience across contracts administration and project delivery within construction or property development
- Proven experience delivering large-scale projects ($20M–$50M), ideally within industrial/logistics sectors
- Strong expertise in D&C contracts, procurement, tendering, and management of claims and variations
- Solid commercial acumen with cost control, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, plus the ability to manage multiple projects
