Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Business Operations Manager (3857) in Webster, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business operations activities in support of program execution.
• Oversee financial, administrative, and reporting functions.
• Support contract compliance, staffing coordination, and internal controls.
• Interface with project leadership to ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or equivalent.
• Equivalent qualifications may include post-secondary education, specialty training, or extensive relevant experience.
• Proven experience supporting business operations in a professional services or government contracting environment.
• United States citizenship.
