Ensure that all memos are cascaded and implemented.
Ensure that all scheduled training online or face-to-face is attended by the staƯ.
Create a harmonious working environment
Coaching the staƯ and ensuring that all concerns and feedback are raised to the Store
Manager and resolved.
Ensure all inquiries in-store and online are attended quickly.
Create promotions for aging and current items continuously.
Preparing staƯ schedule and DTR.
