Consultant - Intensive Care

SearchPlus HR is inviting applications for the position of Consultant - Intensive Care. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated healthcare professional who will provide expert care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing complex cases and leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

As a Consultant - Intensive Care, you will assess, diagnose, and oversee the treatment plans for patients requiring critical care. You will work closely with other specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient management and improved clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Perform necessary intensive care procedures and interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff.
• Maintain detailed medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in intensive care medicine and incorporate best practices.

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in Intensive Care Medicine.
• Proven experience as a Consultant or equivalent in Intensive Care settings.
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills in critical care management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Valid medical license and relevant certifications.
