We are looking for a motivated and organized candidate to join the Fleet Training team. The role involves supporting training operations, handling reports and data, and communicating effectively with fleet members and internal stakeholders.

### Job Responsbilties:

* Prepare and maintain reports using Excel
* Export, organize, and track data
* Send emails and follow up when needed
* Support the preparation of presentations and training materials using PowerPoint and Word
* Conduct training lectures and support coaching/quality sessions for fleet members
* Coordinate with the team on training schedules and operational tasks
* Monitor trainee engagement and provide support when needed

### Job Qualfication

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Strong personality and ability to deal with people confidently
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
* Fast learner and team player
* Previous training experience is a plus, but not required
