Job Role: Growth Operations & Creator Coordinator
Compensation range: $1,200 - $1,500 AUD Monthly (negotiable based on experience)
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: Primarily aligned with Australian business hours (approx. 9:00AM–6:00PM AEST/AEDT) for collaboration, with flexibility where appropriate.

Our client is a fast-growing Australian ecommerce brand specialising in beautifully designed children’s fashion, accessories and lifestyle products sold globally. Known for blending creativity, premium aesthetics and strong customer experience, the business has built a loyal international customer base through unique products, thoughtful branding and engaging online experiences.
As the business continues to scale, we are looking for someone who can become a key operational support partner behind the scenes — helping create systems, coordinate moving parts and reduce founder dependency so the business can continue growing efficiently.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and systems-driven Growth Operations & Creator Coordinator to support multiple areas of the business, with a strong initial focus on creator coordination, content systems, growth initiatives and operational improvement.
A large part of this role will involve helping organise and scale our creator ecosystem across channels including Instagram, Meta, TikTok and emerging growth platforms.
You will help create structure around content creators, product seeding, performance tracking, systems and workflows to ensure our content pipeline can scale as the business grows.
This is not a traditional admin role.
The business moves quickly, priorities evolve and many systems are still being built. We are looking for somebody who enjoys creating structure in growing environments and takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
Key Responsibilities
Creator & Content Coordination
• Organise and maintain creator databases and tracking systems
• Coordinate creator outreach and follow-ups
• Manage product seeding and gifting workflows
• Track content delivery and creator/content performance
• Categorise creators by market, content type, content quality and performance
• Identify content and creator gaps across different markets and campaigns
• Help build systems for scaling creator relationships and content production
• Assist with creator onboarding and workflow management
Growth Channel Operations (Meta, Instagram, TikTok & Ecommerce)
• Support creator activities across Instagram, Meta, TikTok and emerging growth channels
• Assist with coordination of content for organic, paid and creator campaigns
• Support TikTok Shop initiatives and creator workflows
• Assist with product coordination and inventory tracking for campaigns and creator activities
• Maintain reporting systems and performance trackers
• Support growth initiatives and campaign execution
Systems & Process Improvement
• Build and improve SOPs and internal documentation
• Create dashboards, trackers and workflow systems
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest practical solutions
• Help improve operational processes across different areas of the business
• Assist with implementing tools and automation opportunities where appropriate
Founder Support & Coordination
• Help reduce founder context switching by coordinating projects and follow-ups
• Help keep projects moving and ensure action items are completed
• Assist with cross-functional coordination where required e.g.
Product launch coordination
• Assist with coordinating product launches and launch timelines across multiple teams and projects
• Track launch progress including samples, photography, content requirements, product uploads and key deadlines
• Help maintain launch calendars and ensure tasks are progressing on time
• Follow up with relevant team members and suppliers to keep projects moving
• Identify missing items, delays or gaps that may impact launch schedules
• Assist in building and improving launch systems and repeatable workflows
Shopify/admin work (occasional)
• Assist with occasional Shopify product setup and data entry tasks
• Support product organisation including collections, tags, product information and categorisation
• Help maintain organised records, spreadsheets and operational trackers
• Assist with uploading and organising product assets where required
• Support occasional administrative and coordination tasks across the business as needed
