The Role
This is a detail-driven, process-focused role sitting within our Salary Packaging Operations team. As Payments & Cards Officer, you'll keep the daily rhythm of Eziway's payment processing and card management running smoothly — accurately, on time, every time. How You'll Work
Reporting to the Salary Packaging Manager, you'll work closely across:
- Cards Team — Day-to-day card operations, cancellations, exceptions and card stock management
- Salary Packaging — Payment processing, reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
- IT & Software — System queries, card provider ticketing and troubleshooting
- Clients & Employers — Responding to payment and card enquiries within 24 hours
Requirements
What You'll Own
A defined set of daily and ongoing responsibilities — real ownership from day one.
- Daily Payments — Process employer deposits, payment batches and bank reconciliation before midday
- Card Management — Cancellations, exceptions, reactivations and malfunctions end-to-end
- Card Stock — Monitor stock, order renewals and track dispatch via Australia Post
- Superannuation & Novated — Generate super files and process weekly novated lease finance payments
- EML Disbursement — Monitor the account, resolve issues and run balance reports
- Client Enquiries — Respond to payment and card queries by phone and email within 24 hours
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an administration, payments or accounts role
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and reconciliation skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable handling client and employer queries professionally
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks to tight daily deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong numerical skills
