This is a highly visible role where you will work at the intersection of portfolio management, research, and client engagement. Your key responsibilities as an Investment Consultant will include:

  • Preparing for and participating in client and investment committee meetings, supporting discussions with insights and analysis.
  • Managing and developing relationships with nominated clients, acting as a key point of contact for investment‑related matters.
  • Producing client materials, including presentations, reports, RFP responses, and portfolio commentary.
  • Supporting portfolio execution, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with mandate compliance and investment strategy.
  • Conducting research on fund managers and asset classes, maintaining up‑to‑date market knowledge and contributing to manager selection.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales and portfolio management, to support client solutions and business development activities.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Investment Consultant:

  • You will have 5–10 years of experience in consulting, investment research, financial planning, or funds management.
  • You will have a strong interest in financial markets, with knowledge of asset allocation, portfolio construction, and investment structures.
  • You will demonstrate excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with confidence engaging clients and stakeholders.
  • You will be highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • You will hold a finance‑related degree, and you may also have postgraduate or industry qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA.
