Okie Staffing is hiring a Project Coordinator. This is an operations support role responsible for keeping service requests moving efficiently from intake to completion. This is a fast-paced, in-office position that relies heavily on computer systems and ongoing communication throughout the day via phone, text, and email.

In this role, you’ll act as the connection point between clients, field vendors, and internal teams—ensuring jobs are scheduled, updated, and completed without delays. Success in this position comes from staying organized, managing multiple priorities at once, and maintaining clear, consistent communication across all parties involved.

A strong comfort level with computers, systems, and digital workflows is required to perform effectively in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Service Coordination

  • Respond to incoming service requests via phone, text, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately input and manage requests within internal systems
  • Coordinate job starts, service updates, and job closures with both customers and vendors
  • Provide customers with scheduling updates, timelines, and service confirmations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact during assigned coverage times

Project Quotes & Pricing Support

  • Develop and deliver timely quotes for new job sites
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, scope, and availability
  • Assist with pricing for larger or multi-site projects as needed
  • Support ongoing maintenance and updates of pricing structures and regional data

Vendor Sourcing & Relationship Management

  • Identify and onboard new vendors in key or underserved markets
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships to ensure dependable service
  • Request updated pricing, verify scopes of work, and ensure service accuracy
  • Monitor vendor performance and coverage to support operational needs

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn internal systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in coordination, logistics, customer service, or operations preferred
  • Fast, accurate handling of service requests
  • Reliable vendor coverage across multiple markets
  • Clear communication with customers and internal teams
  • Consistent turnaround on quotes and project coordination

Benefits

Pay $19.00 - $23.00 DOE

Monday-Friday

Ideal candidate will be available to start in 1-2 months
