Okie Staffing is hiring Banquet Servers to support top hospitality clients across Tulsa. If you enjoy working events, providing great guest service, and being part of a fast-paced team—this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests during events
• Assist with set-up, execution, and breakdown of banquet functions
• Set tables, chairs, linens, china, and glassware
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation and proper temperature
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow direction from Banquet Captain and attend pre-event briefings
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety, and OSHA guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth eve

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
• ABLE license and alcohol server training required (or willingness to obtain)

• Black pressed dress slacks
• Black dress shirt (collared)
• Black belt & black tie
• Black socks
• Black rubber-soled (non-slip) shoes
