Job Title: Clinical Systems Training Coordinator
Department/Group: MLH
Reports to: Project Manager MLH
Classification: Part-time (hourly) non-exempt
Role and Responsibilities
The Clinical Systems Training Coordinator will support Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare IT, by coordinating, implementing, and improving training and readiness activities to promote consistency, efficiency, and user preparedness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates training logistics and provides administrative support to ensure the effective rollout of training and readiness activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and leadership to ensure clear and efficient information exchange.
- Maintain accurate documentation of training processes, procedures, workflows, and supporting materials to ensure consistency and readiness.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to end users during communication exchanges.
- Identify gaps in training processes and recommend improvements to strengthen effectiveness, consistency, and operational readiness.
- Track training registration and completion status to support compliance and readiness efforts.
- Support training readiness efforts by providing hands-on assistance and resolving issues as they arise.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, address barriers, and support smooth training and readiness operations.
- Track and maintain key performance indicators related to training progress, completion, and service quality to support continuous improvement.
- Adhere to UMRF Ventures and MLH policies, procedures, and established standards while supporting training coordination and readiness activities.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Currently enrolled college student
- Customer service experience preferred
- Healthcare related experience preferred
