Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Painter/Blaster to to travel to Lubbock, TX Tuesday 5/5/26 for a 2 week project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform surface preparation using abrasive blasting equipment.
• Apply paint and coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers following safety and quality standards.
• Inspect surfaces for rust, defects, and perform necessary repairs before painting.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and exposure to hazardous materials.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Painter/Blaster in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and coating materials.
• Ability to operate blasting equipment and paint application tools safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness.
• Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Benefits
