Description
• Delivery of key trainings to program and non-program sales staff within Iraq.
• Work closely with key functions to identify training needs or improvements.
• Work closely with partner stakeholders to ensure partner training is delivered smoothly.
• Certified Trainers will deliver vendor-developed curriculum in classrooms, virtual sessions, customer sites, and in-store as per training execution plans.
• Publish partner training and progress reports.
• Ensure training compliance for all program partners.
• Responsible for ensuring the training kit is updated and maintained.
• Local content creation for new product introduction (NPI) seasons.
• Responsible for maintaining premium technology training standards in Iraq.
Requirements
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus a minimum of 5–7 years trainer experience
• Proven track record in delivering training
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom delivery skills
• Experience in coaching
• Superb verbal and written communication
• Excellent planning, organization, and implementation skills
• Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques
• Knowledge of instructional design processes
• Experience interacting with and influencing all levels of management
• Strong ability to work independently
• Flexible schedule and adaptability to change
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail
• High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
