Outlier is a hospitality consulting agency that focuses on the process and delivers extraordinary results. We support hotel owners and operators in terms of sales, distribution, revenue management and strategic decision-making. We operate as strategic advisors, hands-on executors or fully outsourced commercial partners, depending on partner needs. We don’t do everything, but we’re the best at what we do.

 

The Role

This is, first and foremost, a sales role. We're growing, and we need someone who genuinely loves identifying the right prospects, building relationships from scratch and closing new partnerships. You'll be the person responsible for bringing new hotel and hospitality partners into the Outlier portfolio.

Once accounts are onboarded, you'll stay involved in account management, supporting ongoing relationships and commercial strategy. But make no mistake: most of your time and energy will go toward building our pipeline and winning new business. If that energizes you, keep reading. If it doesn't, this isn't your role.

 

What you'll do

  • Identify and pitch independent hotels and hospitality properties that would benefit from Outlier's services
  • Lead the sales cycle, from cold introduction to signed agreement, with senior support on closing stage
  • Show up where it matters: industry events, trade shows, the right rooms
  • Stay involved with active accounts, collaborating with the wider team (Sales & Revenue Management) to drive sales and distribution strategy and deliver results
  • Contribute to how Outlier positions and evolves its structure and services as we grow

 

What we're looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in hospitality sales, business development or a similar commercial role
  • Someone who can hold a room, follow up relentlessly and close with confidence
  • A network in the Greek and/or international hospitality market will be a plus
  • Tech-savvy enough to work fast: digital tools and platforms are part of your daily workflow, not a learning curve
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
