We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team across the Geelong Region.
As the face of our business in your region, you’ll build strong relationships, uncover new opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that drive real value for our customers.
This is more than just sales. It’s about partnering with customers, growing market share, and making a tangible impact on business performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this dynamic role, you’ll:
- Drive Sales Performance
Achieve and consistently exceed sales and rental targets across your region by identifying and converting new business opportunities. You will deliver compelling proposals and engaging product demonstrations while maximising profitability on every deal.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships
Manage a portfolio of existing clients while actively growing new accounts, delivering exceptional service through regular and structured engagement. By understanding customer needs, you will provide tailored solutions and act as a trusted advisor across all touchpoints.
- Grow the Business
Actively prospect and expand into new markets, developing strategies to win business from competitors. You will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting while increasing market share and strengthening brand presence.
- Be a Product & Industry Expert
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings while continuously building your product knowledge through training. You will also represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance market visibility.
- Keep Operations Running Smoothly
Manage quotes, orders and customer records with a high level of accuracy, while maintaining CRM activity, pipeline visibility and reporting. You will coordinate delivery timelines to ensure a seamless customer experience and high levels of satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
You’re a motivated and commercially savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Proven success in sales or account management roles
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset with excellent communication abilities
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Experience in capital equipment or industrial sectors (highly regarded)
- Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
