JFrog is looking for a Marketing Project Manager who specializes in executing marketing projects and activities that were initiated by the Marketing Executives. The position requires the ability to complete project life cycle; from gathering project requirements and needs, creating project gantt, setting timelines, enabling cross team communication, to monitoring progress and taking the project to the finish line. The following role focuses on managing marketing-projects smoothly, rather than creating or giving input to creative collateral. As a Marketing Project Manager you will have a front row to the cross where Business and Marketing intersect, with cross company entities, outsource entities, overseeing timelines and execution, turning the strategist’s vision into reality.

As a Marketing Project Manager in JFrog you will...

• Setup kick-off meetings with all stakeholders and make sure the teams are adhering to the timelines
• Work closely with internal team members, designers, campaign managers, and marketing product managers
• Have an understanding of the web, UI/UX, Inbound & Outbound Marketing
• Provide project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing the Departments' progress
• Develop working flows, documentation and working methodologies

To be a Marketing Project Manager in JFrog you need...

• 3+ years of previous project management experience working on digital products and services
• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized - Every detail counts!
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Comfortable using AI tools to create productivity on a daily basis
• Excellent knowledge with Google docs
• Previous experience working with JIRA & ClickUp - advantage
• Experience with the life-cycle of designing banners, ads, and Webpages
• Excellent organization, communication, project planning skills and meeting tight deadlines
• People person and great team player
• Experience with product/roadmap planning
