Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Compliance Specialist to join our team at our luxury association, Travis Ranch, located in Forney, Texas.
Job Summary
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the community’s aesthetic standards and governing documents by conducting regular patrols of the community using a personal vehicle to identify and document potential violations of the association's CC&Rs, Rules and Regulations. This role plays a key part in upholding the quality, safety, and overall appearance of the community. The ideal candidate is observant, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with residents in a courteous and professional manner.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:30pm with at least 1 shift from 11am-7pm. Some weekend and evening coverage as needed.
Compensation: $23-$26 per hour + monthly auto stipend.
