We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to drive sales performance, enhance conversion rates, and lead the team towards achieving ambitious business goals.

๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve sales targets.

Monitor daily sales activities, team performance, and productivity.

Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies.

Handle lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance reviews.

Ensure proper follow-ups and pipeline management by the team.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth client onboarding and support.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3โ€“6 years of experience in B2B outbound sales.

At least 1โ€“2 years of experience as a Team Lead handling a sales team.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Experience in hardcore outbound sales processes is mandatory.

Strong understanding of sales metrics and team management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
