We are looking for an experienced Senior / Operations Manager – US Outbound Sales to lead high-performing international BPO operations with strong expertise in US outbound sales/tele-sales programs.
✅ Experience Required: 8–10+ Years in International BPO Operations
✅ Mandatory: 5+ Years in US Outbound / Tele Sales Programs
✅ Strong Expertise In:
• P&L Ownership & Revenue Management
• US Outbound Sales Process
• KPI / OKR & Performance Management
• Team Leadership & Attrition Management
• Dialer Strategy & Campaign Management
• Client & Stakeholder Management
• WFM, MIS & Operational Governance
• Training, Coaching & Performance Improvement
🎯 Role Highlights:
• Own end-to-end process performance & P&L
• Lead large night-shift outbound sales operations
• Drive customer acquisition, cross-sell & upsell for the US market
• Manage client governance, reporting & operational excellence
