As a Team Manager โ€“ B2C Product Sales (US Outbound Sales Process), you will be responsible for managing outbound sales operations, driving aggressive revenue growth, and leading a target-driven sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hardcore product sales, cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, and team management within a US outbound sales environment.

๐Ÿ”น Key Responsibilities

โœ… Lead, manage, and motivate the US outbound sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets
โœ… Drive hardcore outbound sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition for the US market
โœ… Develop and implement effective US outbound sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
โœ… Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, sales performance, and team productivity
โœ… Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance reviews
โœ… Guide team members on sales pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques
โœ… Ensure proper follow-ups, pipeline management, and CRM updates
โœ… Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review
โœ… Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support
โœ… Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth

๐Ÿ”น Required Skills & Experience

โœ” 4โ€“8 years of experience in B2C Product Sales / US Outbound Sales Process
โœ” 2+ years of experience in team handling or sales leadership
โœ” Strong expertise in cold calling, lead generation, hardcore product sales, and revenue generation
โœ” Proven experience in handling US customers and outbound sales campaigns
โœ” Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
โœ” Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
โœ” Experience in IT products, SaaS products, corporate product sales, or international sales will be preferred
โœ” Strong understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and team productivity
โœ” Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

๐ŸŽ“ Graduation in any discipline
โŒ Candidates from pure BPO/customer support backgrounds will not be considered
โœ… Prior experience in hardcore outbound product sales and US outbound sales process is mandatory
