As a Team Manager โ B2C Product Sales (US Outbound Sales Process), you will be responsible for managing outbound sales operations, driving aggressive revenue growth, and leading a target-driven sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hardcore product sales, cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, and team management within a US outbound sales environment.
๐น Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the US outbound sales team to achieve sales and revenue targets

Drive hardcore outbound sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition for the US market
โ
Develop and implement effective US outbound sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue
โ
Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, sales performance, and team productivity
โ
Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance reviews
โ
Guide team members on sales pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques
โ
Ensure proper follow-ups, pipeline management, and CRM updates
โ
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review
โ
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support
โ
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth
๐น Required Skills & Experience
โ 4โ8 years of experience in B2C Product Sales / US Outbound Sales Process
โ 2+ years of experience in team handling or sales leadership
โ Strong expertise in cold calling, lead generation, hardcore product sales, and revenue generation
โ Proven experience in handling US customers and outbound sales campaigns
โ Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
โ Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
โ Experience in IT products, SaaS products, corporate product sales, or international sales will be preferred
โ Strong understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and team productivity
โ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
๐น Eligibility Criteria
๐ Graduation in any discipline
โ Candidates from pure BPO/customer support backgrounds will not be considered
โ
Prior experience in hardcore outbound product sales and US outbound sales process is mandatory
