Job Title: Call Center / Inside Sales Executive (International – US Process)
Location: Mohali – Sector 74, Industrial Area, Phase 8B
Work Mode: Work from Office (No Work from Home)
Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)
About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives with experience in international call centres (US/UK processes). The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive sales performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers (primarily US market)
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and convert leads into successful closures
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Handle objections effectively and maintain a high conversion ratio
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals
Post Probation / Stability Period (1–2 months):

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Undergraduate or Graduate
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an International Call Center (US process preferred – mandatory)
- Proven experience in outbound sales (highly preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 Level – Mandatory & Non-negotiable)
- Strong customer-centric approach
