We’re looking for a motivated Analyst – Digital & Ecommerce Assurance to join our Business Assurance team. In this role, you will help ensure that our digital platforms and ecommerce ecosystems operate accurately, securely, and without revenue leakages.

You will monitor transactions, analyze data flows across digital platforms, and identify anomalies or control gaps that may impact revenues or customer experience. The role also offers exposure to data analytics and AI-driven anomaly detection models that help us proactively detect risks in digital services.

What does "Analyst - Digital & Ecommerce Assurance" do?

• Monitor revenue and transaction flows across digital and ecommerce platforms.
• Ensure the accuracy of order processing, billing, and settlement across integrated systems.
• Identify anomalies, mismatches, or potential revenue leakages in digital transactions.
• Analyze datasets using tools like Python, SQL, and Excel to detect patterns and risks.
• Support the development and refinement of AI-based anomaly detection models for digital services.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for management decision-making.
• Work closely with Finance, IT, Product, Commercial, and Digital teams to resolve issues and strengthen controls.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance digital assurance capabilities.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be "Analyst - Digital & Ecommerce Assurance"?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Telecom, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in analytics, assurance, fintech, ecommerce, or telecom domains is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of digital platforms, ecommerce workflows, or telecom digital services is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Excel, or data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Clear communication skills and ability to explain technical findings simply.
• Curiosity to learn new digital technologies, analytics tools, and AI methods.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.
