Client Experience Liaison & Receptionist

We’re searching for a Client Experience Liaison & Receptionist who is professional, compassionate, organized, and energized by creating meaningful connections with clients and pets alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a culture built on our values: Respect, Learning, Do the Right Thing, WOW Service, and Fun
• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Serve as a communication liaison between clients and the medical team
• Schedule appointments and manage phone, email, and client communications
• Support smooth patient flow and front desk operations
• Review estimates, invoices, treatment plans, and discharge instructions with clients
• Maintain accurate medical records and client information
• Assist in resolving client concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming reception area
• Support the team wherever needed
