CRM Manager: Promotions & Gamification

About the Role
We’re looking for a CRM Manager (Promotions & Gamification) to join the team at Medier and help execute high-impact promotional campaigns.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Team Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging campaigns and gamified experiences that drive player retention and activity.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a strategic CRM role while working on complex, large-scale campaigns.
What You’ll Do

Execute CRM campaigns for seasonal promotions and events
Support integration of gamification features into player journeys
Coordinate with Product, Design, and other teams to launch campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all CRM activities

What We’re Looking For

Experience in CRM within iGaming or a similar industry
Strong understanding of promotional campaigns and player engagement
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
