What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the elicitation and documentation of business requirements through workshops, interviews and analysis
Helping translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps and documentation
Assisting with data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities
Working closely with delivery, technical and product teams to support solution design and implementation
Supporting testing, validation and change activities to ensure solutions meet business needs
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices within the BA community

Tools & Techniques You May Work With:

Requirements & Analysis: User stories, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, acceptance criteria
Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall (varies by project)
Data & Reporting: Excel, basic SQL, Power BI or similar tools (exposure, not expertise)
Documentation & Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Visio or equivalent tools
Testing & Change: UAT support, test scenarios, business readiness activities

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Graduates or early‑career professionals from disciplines such as Business, Technology, Economics, Data, or STEM, or career‑switchers with relevant training
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
Confidence communicating with stakeholders and asking the right questions
An interest in understanding how businesses, systems and processes work together
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop as a Business Analyst
Willingness to work onsite as required — open to placement in Leeds or London
