What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop exciting new potato products from concept to shelf.
- Get hands-on with product trials, sensory testing, and quality checks that ensure every product meets our high standards.
- Help capture and share insights through detailed documentation and progress reports.
- Work cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, and Technical teams to bring innovations to life.
- Spot trends and contribute fresh ideas that keep Albert Bartlett at the forefront of the market.

Requirements
- Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- A proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and grow.
