As the Senior Product Engineer you play a pivotal role in guiding the software development and product engineering teams through highly complex technical challenges, requiring deep analytical and problem-solving skills. You will start with a unique blend of hands-on, high-impact development and technical leadership, evolving into a strategic orchestrator as your team grows to eliminate planning complexities and streamline cross-team communication. This isn't about just maintaining code; it’s about driving systemic efficiency, setting elite engineering standards, and transforming technical strategy into reality to fuel Docebo's growth.

The Day-to-Day 🛠️

Crush Complexity: Lead the analysis and resolution of complex technical issues by applying advanced knowledge and evaluating a variety of factors to determine the most effective methods and procedures.
Architect Innovation: Develop and implement innovative solutions to address intricate technical challenges, utilizing in-depth professional expertise and understanding of company objectives.
Elevate Talent: Mentor and guide team members in applying advanced concepts and techniques, fostering professional growth and ensuring the team’s work aligns with departmental goals.
Bridge the Disciplines: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Testing, to ensure the successful integration of different disciplines and the effective execution of projects.
Advise and Lead: Act as a technical advisor on complex projects, occasionally stepping in for the Engineering Manager, to ensure that technical direction is consistent with company standards and objectives.
