Your tasks:

  • You are the contact person for all employees at the front desk and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere and the well-being of our teams

  • With your friendly and professional personality, you take care of our central phone line

  • You take care of our guests and are the contact person for external partners (suppliers, service providers, cleaning staff, craftsmen, etc.)

  • You are responsible for our common areas and the associated orders (fruit, drinks, office supplies, catering, lunch orders)

  • You ensure meeting rooms are prepared and organized for internal and external meetings

  • You support the coordination and hosting of external guests and visitors

  • You support our teams with onboarding and offboarding

  • You take care of birthdays, anniversaries, vouchers and other employee benefits

  • You support the planning and organization of company-wide events, workshops and meetings and work closely with the teams and management

  • You support travel tool management and travel bookings

  • You assist with general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

 

What you offer us:

  • Relevant experience in office management, hospitality or a comparable service-oriented role

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Friendly, professional and service-oriented communication skills

  • Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and affinity for IT systems/tools

  • Fluent communication skills in German and English

  • Hands-on mentality and proactive working style

  • Nice to have: Successfully completed commercial training, experience in event organization
