The facility delivers hands-on training in high-demand skilled trades, including Facilities Maintenance, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electromechanical systems. Their mission is to prepare adult learners for sustainable, career-track employment.

### What You’ll Do

Teach hands-on HVAC training (installation, service, troubleshooting)

Work with adult students in a lab + classroom setting

Demonstrate real-world HVAC systems (residential & light commercial)

Track student progress and provide coaching

Maintain a safe, organized training environment

Reliable, organized, and professional

### Required Qualifications

4+ years of HVAC experience (service, install, or maintenance)

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices

Ability to explain concepts clearly and work with people

No teaching experience required — we’ll support you

### Preferred Qualifications

EPA Certification

Heating, Ventilation, Air Condition and Refrigeration-HVACR Instructor
