Training Architecture & Roadmap
Develop and maintain the Mission Training roadmap, including curriculum evolution, simulation capabilities, and delivery models
Define scalable training architectures that support progression across vessel classes and mission profiles
Establish standardized approaches to operator qualification, certification, and currency
Product Development
Partner with engineering, instructional design, and training teams to build structured, performance-based training programs
Ensure training reflects vessel systems, autonomy workflows, navigation, mission execution, and casualty response
Incorporate simulation, distributed learning, and emerging technologies where operationally relevant

Translate field feedback, mission outcomes, and system updates into continuous improvements in training products
Ensure training remains aligned with evolving platform capabilities and real-world operational demands
Partner with training teams to scale throughput in line with deployment and readiness requirements

Engage with DoD and commercial stakeholders to understand training requirements, certification expectations, and mission needs
Support customer onboarding, training programs, and operational readiness engagements
Cross-functional Leadership
Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Programs, and Mission Training teams to align system development with training readiness
Partner with Mission Training Managers and Program Managers to scale best practices across sites and platforms

Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to incorporate data, user feedback, and operational insights into product decisions
Demonstrated ownership mentality, with accountability for outcomes across the full product lifecycle
Ability to synthesize inputs from field operations, customers, and technical teams into cohesive product strategies
Comfort engaging directly with operators and training teams to understand real-world workflows and pain points
