Position Summary:
Marksman Titan is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded HR leader to help modernize and scale our HR Operations and Total Rewards function during a period of organization growth and transformation.
This role will lead the evolution of HR operational processes, service delivery, systems optimization, and Total Rewards administration across a large, multi-site workforce. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in HR Operations along with the ability to identify inefficiencies, streamline administrative work, and leverage automation, AI, and technology solutions to improve scalability, compliance, reporting, and the employee experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing Senior Manager or emerging Director who has helped build and optimize HR Operations within a complex national organization and is ready to take the next step into broader enterprise leadership. The successful candidate will combine process excellence, systems thinking, change leadership, and operational pragmatism to help build a modern, scalable HR infrastructure that supports the business today while creating a roadmap for future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations
- Design and optimize scalable HR operational processes across onboarding, employee changes, terminations, leaves, and employee support services
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce administrative burden, and improve employee experience through process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions
- Build and maintain standardized HR operational procedures, governance, and controls across the organization
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Operations, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT to improve operational effectiveness and compliance
- Lead operational assessments and process mapping efforts to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and scalability opportunities
HR Systems, Automation & Service Delivery
- Lead administration and optimization of HR systems, service delivery platforms, and related vendor partnerships
- Evaluate and implement technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, reporting, scalability, and employee experience
- Improve HR data integrity, reporting capability, audit readiness, and workflow governance across systems and integrations
- Help design and operationalize a scalable HR service delivery model, including self-service capabilities, escalation paths, and SLAs
- Partner with IT and vendors to enhance integrations, automation opportunities, and overall system functionality
Total Rewards
- Partner with Sr. Leadership to support and evolve compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards programs across the organization
- Oversee compensation administration, including salary structures, market benchmarking, merit cycles, and pay practices
- Lead health and welfare benefits administration, including open enrollment, vendor management, employee communications, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, IRS, DOL, and other applicable compensation and benefits regulations
- Partner with Finance and leadership on benefits budgeting, cost modeling, and program effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to HR Operations, systems, service delivery, and/or Total Rewards
- Experience helping scale or modernize HR Operations within a multi-site, service-based, or distributed organization
